I know I had already talked about Shaun's name being in Thrasher, but in the November '06 issue, it's official! It officially says he is Birdhouse's new am. I just get psyched to see people I know coming up. I'm sure you'll see posts of his ad's soon.

This is one of my all time favorite promos, from a local Richmond, VA video that came out a few years ago. Michael Bost/Matt Lowe made the video together. Bobby Stewart, Jon Bernard and Josh Dew are the parts that stand out the most in my mind. That was my favorite part of Bobby's that has ever come out. Promo edited by Matt Lowe.

'Deadbody Rail'.

So I had kept hearing things about this yellow flatbar called the "deadbody rail". So last night I ventured there about 12 a.m. I seriously have to say this is the creepiest place I have ever been to. It is something straight out of the movie Hostel. It's a factory where cancerous body parts come to be cremated and who knows what else. Once inside the fence, the smell was horrible the whole time. There is a main oven where everything gets burned, barrels and barrels full of toxic body substances, plastic buckets of who knows what and a dumpster full of cremated bones. The entire time I had this errie chill, like something was gonna pop out at any moment.

Boredom can sometimes spark a random burst of creativity. I was really bored one day and tried to edit something half way decent and fun. I wouldn't say the word 'decent' describes this video, but it's definately fun. Most of this footage is at least a year old, but pretty good. I filmed some of it when I had my VX1000. Stuck in a Rut.

There is absolutely nothing going on around here. Skating has been shitty lately, it's currently raining and things have just been horrible. Here's something to entertain you.

This is Ryan Mayhew's part from 'Slander'. Ryan loves to put that extra 180 into his tricks, giving him a wide variety of manuvers. He's got creative tricks and a unique style. I thought that this was a fun part and he didn't take it too seriously. Filmed/edited by DJ Williford.

Stauberton.

While in Philadelphia, we were skating this spot in the middle of South Philly, when we met Stauberton. It didn't help that Gil kept saying that too him, making him more angry. This kid was getting pissed and decided to get his friends to join in on the action. Randomly this other girl started throwing pieces of brick at Gil, while Stauberton was chasing Reamer around, like a dog trying to catch a ball. Shit was getting out of control, so we had to say our goodbyes to our new friends and run like hell.

NKP fun.

The NKP (Maury's ramp) is a pretty chill place. Sit around, drink beer and watch people skate the ramp. Shit gets crazy especially on holidays like 4th of July. Here's a fun video filmed/edited by Tubes. Check the Gwar song.

Tommys got Turretts.

Everytime Tommy (Tubes) would go into the hospital, we would manage to come up with very interesting situations, then film them. For instance Tommy decided that it would be fun to rip through red paper, which covered the entire doorway. Once filmed, I don't think I have laughed that hard in a long, long time. It's a classic.

Pimp My Ride.

So this truck sits outside my apartment complex everyday. Obviously the guy who owns it lives somewhere in my building. I mean look at those sick flames. It looks like something straight off the show Pimp My Ride, that Xzibit put together himself. It cracks me up everytime I see it.

The 'Youtube Sensation'.

If you haven't picked up the newest issue of Thrasher Magazine (October '06), go get it. The infamous Shaun Gregoire (Shagoire) has finally made it big. His name is in print! Check it out in the 'Trash' section towards the back. Congrats Shag.

Rescue Me.

I shot this photo when I pulled out of my neighborhood onto the main road and I just happen to have my camera. This was the craziest thing I've ever seen. This accident took out all the surrounding power lines and caused traffic to backup for at least a mile. There was another flipped over car, but it's out of the shot. Right place at the right time I guess.

Grip it and Rip it.

I came across this video a couple of months ago, while browsing YouTube. I didn't know who these people were until I read about the new Black Label video, a couple of weeks later. Both Anthony Schultz and Chris Troy went AM for Adio soon after. Everytime I watch it, I wanna skate.

Christmas Already?!

So among being an amazing skateboarder, Gilbert Crockett has many other talents. One of these include pretending like he's the Grinch who stole Christmas. Who knew?
